The location was convenient for exploring the area. I was able to visit several attractions with ease, including parks and shopping areas. The amenities met my basic needs, providing a comfortable space to return to each evening.
I had a tough experience upon arrival. It was raining hard, and I ended up getting soaked while walking to the other place. The new room had a window that wouldn’t lock and some maintenance issues that were disappointing.

ideal spot for exploring hyde park and famous landmarks
I really appreciated being so close to Hyde Park, where I enjoyed peaceful walks just a short stroll from the hotel and even the Royal Albert Hall is only about 1.5 km away, perfect for a weekend wander in the city. the staff were also welcoming and made our stay feel comfortable despite the hotel needing a bit of touch-up.

I had a decent stay at the Apollo. The location stood out. Close to two underground stations made getting around easy. The room was clean, with a nice bathroom. everything in there sparkled. I appreciated how friendly the reception staff were. they made me feel very welcome right from the start. I faced some issues. The room size felt cramped with four beds crammed together. The bedside shelves were poorly built, and there was a lack of plugs near some beds. Most mornings, the lift was filled with cleaning supplies, which made it hard to use. One morning housekeeping entered my room an hour before check-out without knocking. That was awkward and could have been handled better. The breakfast needed more variety. a bit more selection would have been nice. while I found some positives, there are areas to improve for a better experience.

Decent location near Hyde Park, lots of places to eat nearby. Uncomfortable beds made it hard to sleep. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and easily accessible underground are plus points.

We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the well-maintained shower and toilet, which were spotlessly clean. The rooftop terrace and cozy lounge offered great spots to unwind after a day exploring the city. Just a heads up, the air conditioning could use an upgrade, but it didn't spoil our experience at all! 😊

Great location but lots of issues
I spent a night here and the location was super convenient, right near the tube. I got my room for £114, but honestly, it felt a bit worn out and tiny for a "deluxe" room. There was no coffee in the room, and breakfast wasn't available although it was still advertised. Service could totally improve.

Good Value for Money on a Budget
Enjoyed our stay for a night! Clean beds and friendly check-in, despite the surprise of needing a key code to enter. The cozy bathroom had a slight drainage smell, but it wasn't a dealbreaker. Great for those looking for simplicity without breaking the bank.
