I appreciated how friendly the reception staff were. they made me feel very welcome right from the start. I faced some issues. The room size felt cramped with four beds crammed together. The bedside shelves were poorly built, and there was a lack of plugs near some beds. Most mornings, the lift was filled with cleaning supplies, which made it hard to use. One morning housekeeping entered my room an hour before check-out without knocking. That was awkward and could have been handled better. The breakfast needed more variety. a bit more selection would have been nice. while I found some positives, there are areas to improve for a better experience.

I spent a night here and the location was super convenient, right near the tube. I got my room for £114, but honestly, it felt a bit worn out and tiny for a "deluxe" room. There was no coffee in the room, and breakfast wasn't available although it was still advertised. Service could totally improve.
